Hello, Any adopters of DLE technology for flexo plates?? What are the pros and cons of this technology?? To me it seems a win win situation, plates with first generation dots, and eliminating time, intermediate steps and solvent wash of conventional methods.

Check the electrical connections in the block on the home side panel, bottom left and make sure they are tight. E0127 indicates a problem with drum positioning. Could be a problem with main rotation motor, servo pack, APIO or relay problem.

If a damper is defective, there may be some oil at the base the damper or on the floor inside the machine. It can cause the loading path to ascend unevenly...

Check the dampers for gas leakage, they are on either side of the loading bed. Could be that the loading bed doesn't ascend high enough to trigger the sensor (PH55A or H) or ascends unevenly.
