Thanks Joe. I actually did those earlier, but no luck. The max available memory is 2048, and that's what I have it set at. I have retried it several times too on the Uncaught Exception error, but no luck.

Thanks for the input guys. Unfortunately, it's not a lot of help because there were no fonts on this job at all. The illustrator files were just an illustration, no type whatsoever. Thanks anyway, we're still working on it so if anyone has any ideas please feel free to keep replying.

No fonts used on the job at all. Printed direct to rip. I think it's the operating system, not something in the job itself since it works fine from an older Mac. I was wondering if it's something in the settings that I have to change.
