So I figured out a workaround; I was able to take text fields that Acrobat did see and option-drag-copy new fields. Then had to rename them in the list of fields, then correct the order of the links. Time consuming; there’s got to be a better way! Thanks. Peace to the PrintPlanet! _mjnc

Hi PrintPlanet; I have created an Illustrator file that has text fields linked and ready to go. I save the file as a .pdf then when I open it in Acrobat to allow the text fields access, it does not see all of the text boxes. Any ideas how to get them all to show up? Thanks in advance. _mjnc

Hi; When you open the .pdf in Acrobat, use the “Prepare Form” tool. It will give you the option to edit the job and when you do that, your text fields should show up. This also generates a list of all the text fields that it sees. You can then drag and drop the order in that list and it will...
