Does it jam in the first 12 inches or later? We have (2) 365s and had to order the platen protector just for this reason.

Any suggestions for a replacement for a xerox versant 180? Between back ordered toner, drum failing after 10%, and the machine can't take more than 12 hours of runtime before something fails.

We have the v180, on our 5th year, and we cannot get it to keep working longer than 12 hours of run time. I had to buy my own toner because it was back ordered for 3 months. And they will not reimburse me for it. Does anyone use a Konica Minolta?

60lb and 24lb are the same weight and thickness, and should be the same cost.
