lithostabil is more to control water take up and stability any effect on tack would be minimal. if you want to change tack and flow [viscosity] there are better products

great press, maybe a bit hard to source ink duct keys?? also you need to do a little work on your Blanket / Ink / Fount for the max performance

T&K Toka Japan have a nice watermark ink and they do have distributors in the USA

for as long as we need to communicate there is print and im one that believes print has a future

you need to consider two most important issues 1 / the wash up of the units both in and out of the conventional and UV the units need to be conditioned so 2-3 washup often needed using the right washes 2 / what will you do for "spray powder" or is it to be UV coated??

There a great deal of issue with blankets suited to the low energy UV Inks image memory / retention, embossing, and bleeding back of color especially into yellow especially with the Low Energy systems have only the one lamp whose got the best blanket out there ??

Make sure your not using a "coated" spray powder you want a uncoated style that will disperse with moisture and not build up

great discussion but as alluded to its not a Komori V Heidelberg or Roland or KBA or Ryobi. its called Lithography and ink / water balance. the journey needs to begin with compatibility and suitability of product and press condition

i agree must be the wash and or the cycles you use. if it is an auto system maybe your cycles got changed? dont always trust the label check the wash
