    In my case, it looks like the distance between the lines is bigger than in your case. Did you had blue lines too or just only white lines ? Did you had the problem permanently or it war temporarily. In my case, the problem is temporarily and it appears randomly.

    Yes, but if i shut off the power of the ctp, the e-box will remain powered because the ups thinks that it have no power. So how can i shutdownthe CTP then ? By turning off the UPS ? Do i need a ups for 220V ?

    I still have the problem even with the lower voltage. But i've noticed that if i open a cover, close it back and then hit the stop button, the drum stopps. Maybe opening a cover and activating an interlock is like a reset to the system. How can i reset the system without open the cover ?
