Hello, I just tried to print a long sheet on the KM1060 from the bypass tray but it is giving me an error saying "paper size not supported". The size of the sheet I am trying to print on is 330mm x 600mm which is well within the specs of the machine, it can print up to 1200mm long in theory...

We are in the process of upgrading our ageing Xerox box and so far we have 2 machines in our wishlist, KM 1060 and Ricoh 5100. How do these 2 machines compare? All thoughts appreciated.

I power up the machine (dc242) and connected a monitor to the fiery. I could see that it goes as far as "Uncompressing Linux.... Ok, booting the kernel" and nothing happens after that. Anyone who had this problem before and what would be the solution? Many thanks,
