Hi guys, Some new results (machine still not working). 1. Servo work well in speed mode (slow and fast rotation). 2. Every operation in positioning mode finished with "Servo does not enter the Ready status. 3. Servo after every positioning operation send hardware signal Ready. It's mean that...

Mr Ramirez, please explain again a bit more about "Tune" on Pio and A0. Without initialization from service menu Drum rotating Slow with no error but too big vibrations in the belt. Belt tension is ok. I can order motor, but maybe the problem is in the servo pack? Looks like servo pack have not...

Ptr4300 Servo unit does not enter the "Ready" status

Hi Aleksey I already ordered a new belt. The old belt vibrates all the time, but not too much. Interestingly all of this happened after the Adjust Offset procedure. Current status after error is 850A - 0099. Here is the picture too.

Lotem 400v very often load 0.15 plates with small diagonal errors in gripper

Sorry about my english I'll try explain again. The image on the exposed plate is slightly rotated against the plate, which means that the plate is loaded slightly diagonal on the drum. Frequency of the problem is 1 from 5 loaded plates. With 0.3 plates there is no such problem.

Lotem 400v very often load 0.15 plates with small diagonal errors in gripper

Hi guys problem with Lotem 400v - 2001, manual loading. After all there is often small diagonal errors (something like 0.5mm - 1 mm) when working with 0.15 plates. Any idea where to look? In loading system? In gripper rollers? Anywhere else? With 0.3 plates there was no errors at all.

Lotem 400v 24 diodes not expose well .15 plates

Hi guys we have Lotem 400v with 24 diodes. Machine is working very well with .3 plates from different suppliers. The problem is that using internal tables for laser power plates .15 are too underexposed. We try to increase laser power by 10-15% but with no good result. Any opinion will be helpfull.

    Lotem 400v erratic loading plates

In my opinion your problem is different. Input and output rollers bars bend the plate around drum. You need to see what happen in loading module. It's easy to disassemble it and see quality of rollers, pressure, etc.

Looking for Scitex Lotem Local Controller board version 3

All resistors in digital inputs are grouped in chips. You need to start debugging when you know what is not working. Following the wrong signal and measuring with avo-meter and oscilloscope you can describe part of the plate. Reading parts signatures you can exactly restore schematic and...

    Topsetter 74P / 102P speed on 745/605 plates

To Armya Inc - very good reading. To ansoft I ask about P102 and P74 comparison? Actually P102 can be PT-R8000II or PT-R8300. P74 is 4300. Both are 32 ld devices. Loading of the same plate on 4300 is not faster than on 8xxx series, or here is very small differences. The question is what is the...
