Please i need help on Error 2020. When the machine is switched on, with the imaging head open, the Zoom, Focus and Light does not initialize. The machine goes to standby, when a job is released to the machine, the error 2020 comes up. What can i need to correct this error.

i have a scsi device that is to drive a screen dtr3100 and it suppose to serve as the interface card between the rip and the imagesetter but i can't find the driver for this device. Written on the device is just "high speed usb 2.0" and the rest in China language. Can anyone help me with the driver?

Many thanks guys. I have freed all the disk but when i check the info, at the usr, the system is telling me i have 80% out of it and i can't find any file ps or job to delete anymore
