I forgot to mention I'm trying to run cover stock, but I don't think it will let me. It is 10pt cover, which may be too thick. I looked at the specs in the manual.

I am not having success in duplexing from tray 4 - 12x18 sheets. Is this even possible, and if so, what can I do to remedy it. Currently when I send the job, once it processes, it hangs in the Fiery screen, but then doesn't print and goes idle. Any advice or feedback would be great. Thx.

Thank you for the suggestions. The big question is whether I can get this paper in the Maritimes. Our suppliers don't always carry these specific type of papers. If there is a supplier here that you deal with, e.g. Unisource or The Paper House, then let me know.

Follow-up Follow-up Hi, I discovered that I had to specify greyscale vs. colour pages in the fiery set-up. Someone actually uploaded a screenshot of what it looks like at the initial start of the thread. It's under the mixed media tab. That did work.

I was wondering if there is any way the operator can adjust the duplexing on the KM? When I duplex business cards, the crop marks do not line up properly. I double checked my work and they are imposed properly. Does a technician need to come in and make adjustments in order to perfect it? Any...

I assume this is waterproof, which is important for some of the books we publish since they go on boats and are handled by fishermen.

Question to Anyone: Do you know of any plastic paper that will print successfully through a KM C6501 that isn't TYVEK? Tyvek prints very well on it, but I tried Polyart and the sheet melted in the fuser!There isn't a way I can lower the temp. of the fuser either. Any suggestions, hints or ideas...

Problem is solved. Had to reboot the printer, fiery component on the printer and unplug the printer. Then restarted everything; it seemed to work after that. I have found this printer to be very finicky in many ways.
