Like Cornish said, have you tried using ink from a different company? If it is just Cyan you could probably pick up a can yourself from a local distributor, depending on how common they are in your area.

If Cyan doesn't work in another unit then that is good info. Have you tried using a different batch of ink? Go to your ink stock and look for a different batch and throw it in there. It's an easy thing to do if you have a little stock of ink sitting around.
