    Bates numbering for carbonless paper

    There is a much simpler way to do this. In InDesign create a document with say 500 pages (number of finished sets you need). Go to the master page and insert a marker for the page number. Print the entire doc 4 times and make sure it is set to group not collated. Your job is completed!

    How is the industry charging to create file for online use.

    We have been receiving more and more request for a digital version of brochure, newsletters, sales flyer etc. We have created the original artwork and setup. Can we also charge for creating a pdf or jpeg file for use on facebook or their website. Or is that included in the original artwork fee...
