Hi lyzan , from my understanding the laser power should be set higher to help with the switching between on and off (light and dark) in the resoultions window are the all set to 1200dpi if so then filter for res2 and res3 not used why dont you expose test form plate with your settings change...

hi , have you tried another casstte , also check to make sure feed motor bracket springs back when push down by hand , also check the plastic bracket as have seen them break i think there was a modification bracket if it is broken cheers dirk
