We used to use Fusion Pro and switched to FreeForm Create. I definitely prefer FF over FP because of just how easy imposing jobs are after they are sent to the Fiery. There are things that need to improve in FF, such as processing speed, but overall, I like it. Oh and it's free.

That's why I'm reluctant to buy it. If I can figure out what they do, I'd try it myself.

The voltages were fairly low at the beginning so increasing them was really my only option. That's entirely possible that parts are defective. I'll see what the tech says.

I've never found a solid solution to this problem. The only thing that seems to help is replacing the transfer roller. Not exactly a cheap part to replace, but you can find it separately.

For us, that all depends on what we are running. If it's a b&w envelope, we pretty much run the box and call it a day. If it's color, we always dip into another box because color correction will cause waste.
