we are a wholesale printer that works with alot of brokers so we are 2 or 3 steps from the end user sometimes. are we the mail owner or are we a mailing agent. it seems to make a difference when doing the paper work.

kodak trendsetter 400 and prinergy 8.2. Randomly getting 1 plate printing out of position, perfectly straight 1/16th inch toward lead edge. no error messages. have looked at clamps on the drum and all seems fine. can this be software writing one color out of position or must it be mechanical...

I have a customer that wants to print a bunch of shooting range targets that has a top layer of ink that breaks away when the bullet hits it to show up better. I have seen some for sale online but cant find any info on how to do it.

we currently have 5 users running pitstop pro. i was looking into the advantages of pitstop server and was wondering if the server version replaces the 5 pro versions or works along side them?

My boss was given a target to quote that was printed with bright colors then covered in a black latex scratch off materiel that made the bullet hits stand out brightly. I did some internet searching and found people producing things like this but no info on if we could do it in our offset shop...

i have a 340 page book that is being smythe sewn for the binding. i am laying out the job 8 up on a 20x26 sheet in prinergy. I have seen samples online that have a mark on the fold to show that the sigs are in order. is this mark something that preps should be able to make?

preps 7 is crashing when returning to prinergy and giving me a java virtual machine error. the window closes and i loose my work. running windows 7 pro 64bit. is the problem in windows / java or prinergy / preps
