    Inline Offset Cutting

    Yeah I've done that on web & sheetfed presses, similar set up, we would apply litho perf (adhesive) right on the plate cylinder, make a plate with the image of where you want to perf or score. Then run it, later when done you gotta clean up the dust ! -- Good luck !

    Narrow web, wide web?

    Yeah I've been in web printing for over 35 years, correct me if I'm wrong - narrow would be web widths up 26" like on a Harris M110 press it's max is 26" but can print as narrow as allowed, example 13". Wide webs such as M600 38" and as narrow as needed (although not good for blankets & rollers)...

    creasing in thepaper

    Adjust festoon pressure lighter and maybe infeed pressure too....... Next apply one wrap of masking (paper) tape on idler roller at web edge, you may have to this on a few rollers to eliminate wrinkle (crease) - good luck !
