So I had to change the blanket and it's not touch the plate while not under printing operation. It leaves plate image on blanket even while jogging. Only toward the head. any thoughts.. bad blanket? One I just removed for an issue with the blanket did not do this.

9995 running some cheep linty paper was getting massive lint sticking on the blanket and effecting the image. Is there a better way to prevent this other than dealing with it if it happens.
