Just got my bill for our one machine. They charged me for 39,720 color prints and 826,592 oversized prints. Who wants to call the guy from Egypt for me and try to explain that one? :):(

I would take a look at Printer's Plan. We have been using it for a couple years now and wouldn't do without. We have the local version and I use team viewer all the time for remote access. They also do have a web version.

We had a Duplo 616 for a couple years and just upgraded to the new 618 which is much faster and does the cross perf etc. The 616 was a great machine, just not very fast. You can definitely cut them faster on the gillotine but the 616 is much more precise and you pretty much load it and walk...

I used to just ignore them and not return the calls until we had one invoice short paid by $300 that got to be a couple months old. They actually put a service hold on my account because of $300 that was overdue when we had sent thousands of dollars to them since. Now I don't dare ignore them...

We are having issues with the high cap stacker on our 3100. Tech says it comes from the tray being loaded to high which makes the belt jump and puts the tray at a slight angle. The tray coming down at an angle busts the sensor. The Versant 80 we had used to not load the stacker tray as high. I...

I would take a look at Printer's Plan. We are about a year into using it and pretty happy. I checked out all of them before we bought and Printer's Plan was the only one in that price range that did what we needed.

Is anyone else having issues with Xerox not shipping drums? I just looked this morning and the last drums we got shipped over a month ago. Ridiculous.

We have used Nextiva now for about 4 years with very little issues. The neat think about them is we have a base that has 3 lines so we can pay for one user and have up to 3 calls going at the same time. We get the 3 phone lines and fax to email service for about $50 per month.

We still fax quite a bit. We have a lot of orders come in by fax and send black and white proofs by fax.

So it doesn't work if I send you the individual jpg files? We actually have a customer that will send 20 jpg files for a 20 pg catalog.

But can you still rush the job for me? Is that the best price you can do? I was hoping to spend about 25% less.

Your tech should be able to help you with the reinstall. He would have access to the cd or be able to download the files.

We have used postage saver for about 3 years now and are happy with it. I use https://autozip.com/ for ncoa. We are at the point now where Satori or another program would probably be cheaper but what we are doing now works well and I don't have plans to change.
