Xerox Veralink C8000 vs Xante Enpress

Under no circumstances would I go with Xante. We cant get more than a couple of envelopes to feed witout jamming. It is not a straight paper path. Heavier card stocks curl very bad and jam often.

    New Xante Tabletop UV-Printers

Absolutely the worst investment I have made in 40 years of business was my Xante Enpress. 30 months of hell so far. In it for way to much money to use it as a boat anchor, but it would ease a lot of stress if I did.

    Envelope Printing

Sorry so late ---- I was calling weekly, sending videos and raising hell. The had sent 3 replacement doors, then finally a new machine. The second machine was worse than the first. All of this was in the first year of factory warranty. They never got either to work right and now they want...

    Regular fuser vs envelope fuser???

If you feed smaller (envelopes) paper in the regular fuser, it will leave wear marks on the edges (width) of the envelopes. Then, when you go back to 19x13, you will get lines on the print where the fuser was worn. Some of the newer machines have a fuser smoothing function on them so you don't...

    Envelope Printing

The Xante EnPress was the single worst investment I have made in 40 years of business. The support is just as ineffective as the printer. Had the EnPress for 30 months now and have never got it to feed envelopes of any size. For the first year, under warranty, they sent 3 new doors then...

    Ryobi 9985

Good presses are being sold (trying to be sold) for cheap all over the country. I would love to add a press, but in my case, the big draw back is the cost to ship and install. The dang things are heavy! No loading dock and not much room in my shop.

    Plockmatic Experience...

We've had our Plockmatic BM50 for a couple of years now. Originally it was purchased to run in line with a Sharpe Printer. The Sharpe would not print the quality we need so we replaced it with a Ricoh - which did not interface wit the Plock. We use the Plock as a stand alone machine and have...

    Envelope Printing

We have had a Xante EnPress for a year. Total POS. On average we have to clear jams 55 times per box of envelopes. They have sent 4 replacement doors, replacement drums, parts for the feed conveyor and exit conveyor. Last month Xante sent a replacement printer. Its even worse that the...

    Xante Warning

I have had an EnPress for just over a year. I would not recommend this printer to anybody! We have been through 4 replacement doors, conveyor parts, exit conveyor parts, and replacement drums (originals damaged). When I refused to order the extended warranty, (wasn't about to pay for...
