    Paper Bag Printing

I knew a guy in Toronto that spent his time/money building a paper bag converting machine about 10 years ago. This allowed him to print the paper flat on any press either internally or externally, die-cut them, and then his machine took the flat cut sheets, folded and glued them into paper bags...

OKI C941e/C942dn for light production ?

Fantastic feedback. Thank you. That's the type of information they don't give you in the sales brochures :) I guess that's why they seem to focus these OKIs on envelopes and I can't find anyone talking about general production work. Now I'm researching the Ricoh Pro C5200 and the KM C3070L :)

OKI C941e/C942dn for light production ?

Thanks for the reply. That is very interesting. I don't think I can get it on a service contract with click fees, but I guess I will try to find out. What printer did you end up switching too when you got rid of the OKI?

    RIP for Memjet (Astrojet M1 / Neopost AS-950C) ?

Thanks for the info! I've emailed them twice this week with no reply so far. I will try phoning them next. So I thought I would ask the community what they are using / what they like, as I've heard that there are a few RIP options that work with this machine.

    RIP for Memjet (Astrojet M1 / Neopost AS-950C) ?

I just picked up an old Astrojet M1 MEMJET inkjet printer (branded as Neopost AS-950C). I am testing it out using the windows drivers. I'd like to try using it with RIP software to help with better colour matching, etc. Does anyone recommend a compatible RIP I should try out? thx
