I have a Morgana CardXtra Plus I'm working on with only a user guide as documentation. I am a technician that has worked on most anything that prints, copies and processes print jobs. I have been in the field for over 15 years. I need a service manual or at least something more helpful than an operators manual. I keep getting a D21 flapper error. Only problem is I have no idea what their talking about (the manufacturer). I have cleaned all the rollers, clutches and even the cutter unit. it seems to be working better.
Can you help or at least point me in the right direction.
