We started using Apogee 12 about 3 months ago. Anyone else on this version? Anyone else want to hear the bugs we have encountered, and escalated with AGFA support? Anyone else loving the "Phone Support" system AGFA has… We were on another system prior and they had a web based system you could initiate a support ticket with, get confirmation it was in their system and have a running log of all email contact with the support technician. AGFA has none of this. You have to call in and respond to the same questions about who you are, your location etc. every single time you call. AGFA has such an antiquated way of initiating a support ticket.
