Has anyone ever managed to get a decent perf on lighter bond/carbonless with this machine? I'm looking at the perf wheels. They're both so darn thick and they penetrate so far into the platen groove that the perf holes are "stretched" open. I can't believe a machine like this is able to produce any quality perforations of any kind. Or..........I'm missing something? I'd like to order a finer tooth grade for lighter stock but the quality of what I have is so terrible I'm afraid to bother. Can an experts out there tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or is this machine just not the best for this application?
