Specific purpose of this position:
• To execute the customer quotation, job order entry, job ticket and purchasing processes consistently.
• To support customer invoicing activity as may be required.
• To manage monthly inventory counts.
Major activities:
• Receive, process and respond timely to customer RFQ's.
• Process customer orders & generate new job tickets.
• Monitor inventory and purchase production items.
• Support customer service activity.
• Generate job profit analysis report weekly.
• Assist in special customer invoicing situations.
Expected work schedule:
• 40-50 hours per week.
Skill Set Requirement:
• Core knowledge of graphic arts quoting systems.
• Process and communicate customer order information.
• Design & execute inventory and purchasing systems.
• Computer spreadsheet creation, reporting & distribution.
• Basic bindery operations knowledge.
Education/Training:
• Preferred bachelor degree in graphics arts program.
• Graphics arts industry-specific training programs.
• Quoting or computer applications software training.
• Financial program training.
Experience is required to support the activities of this position:
• Quoting-estimating experience
o Graphics arts industry highly preferred.
• Inventory and/or purchasing-vendor management.
• Customer relationship-interaction experience.
