hi,

the attached file when shown in acrobat output preview is nothing like it should be, i tried all the colour convert settings in pitstop but nothing fixed it, they only way i could fix it was to use acrobat preflight, pdfx/a and let it convert the colour, the problem is when its saved from illustrator, it has an RGB formX box and some cmyk in there as well. Just wondering if anyone can find/make a pitstop action to take the RGB out of the formx element? The only way it previews properly in output preview of acrobat is to change to an RGB output preview.

cheers.

Just tested this, the images on the right and left are RGB.
You can do this with one of the standard actions 'convert all RGB to CMYK'
Just make sure your color management defaults are setting correctly for your target profile. If you use this it only effects the RGB and leaves the cutter guide as a spot.
This is will PitStop 12 btw

You've also got an RGB blend space in there as well that you should convert to CMYK, here's an action for that

you can always drop me a mail if you want to discuss. [email protected]
