can we turn off the pop ups?

Is it possible to turn off the pop ups when you mouse over a topic?

they are very distracting and don't seem to want to go away even when you click on the link to open the topic.

Let me see if I can set the delay to when they come on..Seem to recall doing that before and that made people happy.

I guess the pop up thing just can't go away.
I find it really annoying, to say the least.

It actually covers up the topics and just hangs there, not going away.

what browser are you using? I changed the delay on it.
