The Pantone Library CMYK breakdown between ILLCS3 and PSCS3 are different in some of the colors. Why???? They are the same within IllCS2 and IllCS3 but different between PS2 and PS3.

Photoshop calculates the CMYK values from the PANTONE Lab values and the document profile. Illustrator uses the PANTONE CMYK values. If you're seening differences between Photoshop CS2 and CS3 check that your color settings are consistent.
