We are looking for a Commercial Sales Rep, this role is responsible for the development and maintenance of commercial printing customers, this includes, but is not limited to, developing new sales leads, maintaining relationships with current customers and ensuring their needs are being met. This individual will liaise between plant and customers addressing improvement opportunities, new product development, and other related customer satisfaction opportunities.
The incumbent develops sales goals and targets for commercial work to be brought into the plant and monitors performance to sales targets. Liaison between plant and customer addressing improvement opportunities, new product development, and other related customer satisfaction opportunities.

We are looking for a proven sales professional with the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge & experience selling within printing business and/or yearbook production
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term commercial printing customer relationships
- Ability to sell Commercial printing products in line with plant's ability to produce
- Ability to travel as needed to successfully develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Must reside on or near the west coast, preferably CA
Preferred:
- Computer skills and experience with desktop design software
