Do they still have Ventura Publisher and Framemaker?
Ventura (pre Corel), running on Gem was my first foray into Desktop Publishing

Framemaker is Adobe. Ventura had book publishing features you could only get in Framemaker. It was good bang for the buck.

According to their press release, it's pronounced “ah-LOO-dough"
"Loo" is a British term for "toilet" and "dough" is another term for money. So the new name reflects someone'e surprise at finding money in their toilet.

Backwards Alludo reads "Oh, dull eh?

Or money down the toilet.

I'm sure some marketing specialist has written 5 pages describing why the name was chosen.
I always have a good chuckle when ad/design agencies describe what a logo is supposed to signify.

For some reason, I had thought that Corel acquired Framemaker around the same time at WordPerfect & Ventura, but it is indeed Adobe.
