DCS previews in InDesign

Has anyone else noticed that the previews for DCS files in ID are awful, even in High Quality Display.

Is there an extension that improves the preview? Or a better way to save the DCS file for use in ID. Right now I save them as Single file (w/72 dpi composite) using binary data.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Great point. There's not much need for DCS files anymore, is there?

Try saving your DCS 2.0 file with No Preview file. It should work fine then.
