Does anyone know how to adjust and align a Doubleproof

We have a DP Doubleproof attached to our HP Design Jet 5500. It needs to be adjusted and aligned, it is more than 1/8 inch out. I recently came on board and the company doesn't have the manual.

When you sau realignment do you mean in software of in skew? ie is the back of a job out from the front by the same amount in all 4 corners, or is one side correct and other side out?
