Enfocus Switch 12 Issues

Hi, I'm a new user to Enfocus switch. (very new) I'm having an error message that says "No out going connection accepts this job"

I'm also having a submit error, when files are being submitted through a hot folder on a different work station they are going directly into a quarantine folder without even going through the flow. The flow use to work fine but recently files are being lost in the system some how. I'm trying to find where the error is occurring but like I mentioned I'm no expert at enfocus.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Enfocus support would be a good start, if you email them on [email protected] someone will help you.

It sounds to me like some kind of incorrect routing configuration, but I'm the PitStop guy so contacting support would be the best approach

Thanks yes I did do that and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they returned my email. I appreciate your suggestion thank you.
 
They are there to help so if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to drop them a mail.

Switch is very powerful but we know it can be a little daunting to start with.
