EPace Job Jacket

We are looking at moving to the EPace system at the first of the year. I have been drafted to edit the current job jacket the system prints.
I have to say I am a bit lost at the moment and am looking for anyone willing to share their custom job jacket rpt file that would hopefully give me a better place to start than the current default.

So anyone willing to share?
