Japanese Kozo Paper Thin - Fine Art Media for Ink Jet Printers
As a photographer, printmaker and developer of this new Signature Worthy Fine Art Paper from Epson I would like to draw your attention to this new media. It won Roll Media of the Year 2014 in European Digital Press Association Award.
It is the thinnest lightest weight natural fibre InkJet paper on the market (currently available in Europe) and we really want to see it spread around the world. Here is a link to a video which gives a bit of background to how this all started and shows what is possible.
If you like the texture and quality of the finest oriental papers and have been looking for something special to print on this may just be the paper. At 34 gm it is light and delivers astonishing rich density of colour across the entire spectrum. Its also the only thin natural fibre paper that can be folded without the image cracking - think Origami!
