Our product portfolio includes new and certified pre-owned digital presses & traditional offset presses, chemistry-free CTP, thermal CTP, and DI plate media, and after-market service.
This is a home-based position ideally positioned within a 75 mile radius of Lexington, KY.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform on-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company products to include offset printing and computer-to-plate equipment. Provide support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of systems equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures. Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Experience / Education:

• Technical certification in the field with 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Service experience on electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting on a variety of products.
• Experience and understanding of printing presses; ABDick, Multigraphics, or Ryobi.
• Digital CTP product experience and strong pre-press skills a big plus.
• Able to repetitively lift/move parts weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, advanced skills a definite plus.
• Good interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude.
• Position requires travel with 50% overnight stays.
