Final Proof (Luxel 5600) problems

We just got at used Fuji Final Proofer from another plant. Its been working fine until now. The proofs its outputting are coming out extremely washed out with a strange moire pattern. Its like the controller is trying to screen the files again.

I output separated screened Tiffs from a Nexus RIP. 2400 dpi. Both 150 and 170 lpi. I believe I've narrowed the problem down to the Fuji machine. I have tried re-releasing a few jobs that ran fine, and they output the same way. Is there a problem with the laser setting? Is something dirty?

Any help would be appreciated. Since the machine was used, it was installed without too much instruction. I have manuals, but nothing really addresses this problem.
