Fountain solution formula suggestion for DotWorks Unicorn plates, please.

We have been looking at DotWorks Unicorn plates as possible backup for our usual Fugifilm Superia Ecomaxx-T plates, as the current supply chain issues have us a bit worried. We have received some sample plates, and used a couple, and find that they do take a lot more sheets to wash off on start up, with our current fountain solution (doing just fine once clean). Does anyone have a good 'formula' for these plates that they would share? Or be able to suggest a change in the process?

What press are they running on ?

Representation from Dotworks says these start-up differently than your current plate.
Run the plate dry prior to dropping the forms. The ink removes the image on these plates not the fount.
Also DOP plates are much more calcium sensitive, so do a thorough roller clean and decal. Clean damp system too, especially if you change fount.
And feel free to contact Dotworks tech support at 516-625-5000. They can recommend the best fount for these plates.
