Brilliant Graphics is a commercial printing company located outside of Philadelphia PA. We are an aggressive company with a highly unique understanding of how to take care of customers, and how to produce the highest quality work.
Currently we are seeking a General Manager with solid printing experience to manage and drive the operations at our plant in Exton, PA
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the entire operations at the Exton facility, including production, customer service, safety, human resources, financial, environmental, quality, transportation, maintenance, and community relations.
General Responsibilities:
• Assure that on a daily basis all company values, standards and Customer Commitments (i.e.; sales, quality, R&A, safety, employee relations, on-time delivery, reporting etc.) are followed within the plant.
• Build effective relationships with all departments in plant to produce strong customer relationships and a superior product.
• Develop and implement action plan for increasing plant income (i.e.; sales, creating efficiencies, etc.).
• Control cost within budgetary limits to achieve profitability.
• Review and understand annual budget, forecasts, and monthly financial summaries for plant(s).
• Work closely with sales manager in developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
• All team members to perform up to Brilliant standards.
• Establish working relationships and consistent communication with plant management team.
• Value and seek contributions from all team members, facilitate regular team meetings.
• Foster employee development through training and other resources.
• Establish goals, track results uptime, quality productivity.
• Ensure all customer feedback is promptly dealt with and any complaints are corrected immediately.
• Responsible for maintaining Brilliant’s assets to include building, land, equipment, vehicles and other assets of the company.
• Ensure all environmental compliance issues are addressed on a timely basis.
• Provide a vision for the plant strategically linking resources of the facility with its respective markets.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Vision & Strategy - Creates and delivers a vision of the future to maximize company performance. Communicates strategy/vision in a way that inspires others. Effectively translates the business vision and broad strategies into concrete or actionable strategic plans
• Ability to recognize operational deficiencies and implement strategic change to accomplish business goals.
• Strong understanding of printing and press operations.

Requirements:
• Must have strong GM or PM experience managing an operation with Printing Presses, Bindery, and finishing production.
• 5+ years of plant management experience.
• Excellent people skills and ability to relate with individuals at every level of the organization from the floor to C-level executives.
