Help with finding a book printer

- Yes - I know this is not the right place, but I'm not sure where is.

We have a customer of our PhotoAlbum.com business who buys a good stream of books.
They have asked us about getting 24,000 hardcover books printed for a promotion they are doing.
The books are typical portrait letter page size with the hardbound printed cover. Everything is 4 color with 36 pages each, of two separate designs. They are looking for a price point that makes me think China, but they need the books done by Oct 1.

Any ideas on this?
