Has anyone been plagued with the jam code 077-119? My tech has been chasing this sucker for a few weeks now and today it's happening every hundred sheets or so.

Thanks!!

Does 119 point to a paper tray? I think it points to post fuser area/cooling belt. Cooling belts new and clean? What is your fuser speed at? Below 140?

Update - It appears one of the lower cooling belt roller mounting screws vibrated loose and was causing the drive cam to jump. You could hear a loud click or pop just before the jam occurred. The tech only found this because he had ordered just about every assembly in the post fuser area and was starting to strip the cooling belt apart.
