- Responsible for operating large format printers and router, including Oce Arizona, Roland Soljet, Roland AJ, and routers like the Multicam and Gerber M3000 router
- Responsible for operating small format printers including Xerox iGens and HP Indigo
- Utilize Onyx Production House, Fiery, and other RIP software to effectively print quality jobs
- Proficient in Adobe products, including InDesign and Illustrator
- Read work orders to determine setup specifications and instructions
- Observe and monitor machine operations to verify accuracy of setup, detect malfunctions, and determine whether adjustments are needed
- Maintains a clean work area
- Checking incomplete jobs needed to be completed, follows work flow and produces work as determined by the Production Manager
- Reviews work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain records of daily production, using computer and specified forms
- Lubricate and clean machine parts, and make minor repairs in order to keep machines in working condition
- Able to carry out daily startup, shutdown and maintenance procedures for each machine


Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 5+ year's prior experience expected
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Adobe design software
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all personnel
- Mathematical and analytical aptitude, as well as problem solving skills is a must
- Must possess a good eye for detail
- Accountability and initiative is expected, as well as a "can-do" approach
- Excellent attendance required
- Flexibility with hours is a must, including ability to work overtime and weekends when projects call for it
- Must have reliable transportation
