The problem:

A US print buyer is in dispute with a printer in Lithuania over a book's print quality issue.
FOGRA will be providing a written statement in support of the print buyer that the presswork quality is unacceptable (dirt and debris causing artifacts) but the court in Lithuania is looking for a printing professional/expert who could be nominated as the court-appointed expert. That person may testify/answer questions either in person or via ZOOM.
