Hello!


Has anyone experience from komori system 38? In our printing plant we have some major problems with dampening system. All the dampening rollers are full of ink while printing, we use FLINT inks and dampening solution and also IPA. Have you good suggestions for good dampening solution for our komori? All the dampening rollers are adjusted and dampening system is cleaned with system cleaner.

hi there,

what do you mean full of ink? back to the pan rollers? if so check for contamination from blanket wash systems, do you use any filtration on the fount system? how often do you perform blanket washes? how often is the ink train washed up? how much ipa do you run?
