Lotem 800 drum vibration error

Hi all

Having an issue with my 2001 lotem 800.

From start up it's giving a drum vibration error . That's as soon as machine is turned on before even trying to run the drum, does anyone have any ideas about this ?

Just to add to this the vibration sensors have been shorted a long time ago so shouldn't be anything to do with that. I have replaced the mcf board with another one no difference

It may have been called Elmo by the Scitex technicians.
It is located at the bottom of the D-Box (Distribution Box).

Hi repro pro .

Thanks for your help . I cut open the shirt on one of the sensors and rejoined and it sorted it. Thanks again for your help

Glad to help when I can, I was in similar situations myself.
Good luck.
BTW,I have recently taken apart my last Lotem, so I have plenty of good spare parts, should you need any.

Could you WhatsApp me +447459626622

I need the following

DDB card
Interlock board
Interface cable
Drum driver
All 3 power supplies that are behind Lbox.

Is it a 24 or 48 diode machine

I certainly have all these items since I actually bought and took apart three 48 Diodes machines.
Was cheaper buying 2nd hand machines than buying individual spare parts when sorely needed...
I will send you a WhatsApp message tomorrow.
