Manager, Inside Sales at Presstek, LLC in Hudson, New Hampshire



The Inside Sales Manager at Presstek is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals whose primary focus will be selling the Company’s consumables products.
• Responsible for team and individual performance as related to obtaining revenue goals as directed. This will include identifying key performance drivers and activities as well as addressing any corrective measures that promote team and individual success and growth.
• Create processes for tracking and documenting sales team activities.
• Monitor activities of sales individuals and ensure systems and tools are being utilized in order to create best possible business and revenue outcomes.
• Effectively use telecom systems, reporting tools, and 1 on 1s with sales individuals to ensure productivity, effectiveness and desired business and revenue outcomes.
• Proactively influence team culture by providing ongoing meetings that encourage feedback and participation for all team members.
• Actively listen and coach sales team to help them overcome any sales-related challenges that can impede team or individual goals. This may include messaging, discovery techniques, organizational skills, communication skills etc.
• Provide ongoing activity and sales reports to the leadership team as directed.
• Administers the sales incentive compensation plan.
Education and Skills
• BA/BS degree desired.
• Minimum of 5+ years of people leadership experience in an inside sales environment.
• Great sales acumen, ability to explain sales flow and the various components needed to ensure success. This includes the ability to diagnose, identify, and role play with sales members to ensure the desired team and individual outcomes are obtained.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and training is valuable.
