mimaki white ink print head clog

I run a mimaki ujf-605cII. One of the white print heads does not print at all, at this point. I'v tried all the usual cures- wipehead,cleaning, ink fill up, manual pull ink through line, replaced the cap, replaced the filter,replaced the pump core and soaked the head in cleaning solution. We don't want to replace the head entirely. Any ideas?

With a syringe pump flush directly into that channel, then run all the different ink priming functions
