yeah that is what they said about the 74 Karat, but how much more production can you really get with no ink key setting, we timed our half size make readies to 6-7 minutes, if you eliminate 60 minutes out of your day with no ink key setting, but then give it right back with 30 minutes at the end of the day cleaning ink chambers then what is the point. You also limit how much adjustment you can make with color and start to have to think of global color movements, at least once a week some tool-bag at a press check wants to just add a little red in these two keys, but leave everything else alone...

I am sure this is aimed at 2 to 3 shift operations doing job after job with no press checks and such. they
run at density and thats it.
