palaldio II plates settings for fuji plates .


Assalam ,Dear all service engg 's

I am using an Avalon V4 ( Palladio II )with vpp 68 it was running on Agfa Aspire plates until recently we have some issues with supplier so we need to switch with fuji brillia Lp nv
chemistry is also fro fuji the dev but gum is of agfa rc 795 . we are able to process the plates but we have a back ground appearing on the plates & causing for ink stuck all over the plate . i have tried adjusting the laser power from 65 used for agfa plates to 210 & dev temp from 25 to 28 & processing speed from 80 to 100 & even to 60 pre heat from 100 to 120.
