Hi;
It sounds to me like your version of Pandora is launching, but you are never seeing the splash screen, only just the Pandora menu pulldown, is this right?
If so, its most likely gotten itself stuck trying to resolve your license. Have you recently installer a copy of Preps 5.3.3 on this mac? Preps and Pandora both use safenet dongle drivers to check their licensing, and Preps adopted a new driver with OS 10.5 support. However, Safenet drivers no longer allow multiple dongles on a single machine under their new version, which means that although the older version that Pandora uses supports both Preps and Pandora, the new version that Preps updated to will only run Preps OR Pandora.
We can remove the conflicting driver as long as you are running Preps with FLIM in Prinergy by running the application in Applications\Preps 5.3.3\Extras\safenet\ uninstallerdriver.app. Once the conflicting driver is gone, Pandora can run either with dongle or flim. DO NOT run this application if you are using Preps with a dongle though, as it will remove the driver you need!
If Preps is not on the machine, then what I’d recommend is to move your defaultuser.properties out of the Applications\Pandora folder, and then delete .com.creo.pandora.plist out of your mac\users\<name>\preferences folder and try launching again. This will discard your current licensing and allow you to reenter it again to resolve any issues it might be having with the current files.
I hope these suggestions help, and feel free to contact me if you need further assistance!
