Pantone HELP! Can't figure out what these swatches are.

I received a PDF today that makes use of Pantone swatches that I do not recognize. At first I thought they were Pantone Process swatches, but they don't match my fan book, and I have never seen anything with 3 number sections. I've attached a screen-grab. Anyone?

Those are swatches from the PANTONE Goe series.

it is actually a digital swatchbook in my pocket. A collection of Pantone Fan Guides could never fit in my pocket.
